optical glasses
White and tinted single vision lenses made of plastic (CR 39). The lenses have a hard coating, making them more scratch-resistant than conventional plastic lenses. The lenses are high quality and are used in ophthalmic optics for eyeglasses. They can be fitted into any of our masks and are removable.
Standard lens delivery range: sph +/- 6.00, cyl -2.00; higher values or coloured lenses on request.
Astigmatic corrections (e.g. for astigmatism) are also possible.
For ordering we need the current lens power (Attention: no contact lens values!)
Example:
R: -4.00 sph, -0.50 cyl, 90° A
L: -3.50 sph, -1.00 cyl, 80° A
Meaning: sph (sphere), cyl (cylinder), A (axis).
Check your eyeglass passport or ask your optician.
For optimal vision, we also need your interpupillary distance (PD); this may be listed in your eyeglass prescription, or you can measure it yourself with a ruler in front of a mirror. The average value is 65 mm.
We will forward your eyeglass prescription to our optician, who will prepare a quote for us. We will pass this quote on to you 1:1. The price varies depending on the prescription. The price of €110.00 is a guide price, not the final price.
For an order or noncommittal questions you announce yourselves gladly over our form for contact.
