Shipping costs and production times

Shipping with UPS
We prefer to ship your orders with UPS. But there is also the possibility to have your order delivered to a post office. Please let us know if you prefer another form of delivery.
The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of your order. Please let us know your delivery address when you place your order so that we can quote you the total cost, including delivery charges, for your order.
If you should wish an express dispatch, then you speak to us. However, this has no influence on the production times.

Production times
We manufacture your orders in the order in which they are placed. As we manufacture all products by hand, it is difficult for us to give an exact delivery time and it depends mainly on the demand. It is also in our interest to complete each customer order as quickly as possible. However, it is also important to ensure that our quality standards can be met. Accordingly, it can take a little longer for very complex orders with many individual parts and adjustments. We plan every order from scratch and do not have any prefabricated goods that we can use.
For technical reasons, we cannot give automatic status updates due to the large number of orders. However, you can always contact us by mail or phone if you want to be informed about the status of your order. We will do our best to answer your questions as soon as possible.

The current production time is 14-16 weeks due to the very high demand. This is an approximate value that we try to keep as up to date as possible. In individual cases, the delivery time may vary. Please note that shipping your products also takes time. We have found with UPS a shipping service that allows in most cases a quick shipment.

Appointment orders
If you need your order at a certain date, please already speak to us about it when ordering. We ask that you at least consider the regular production time. We cannot reduce the delivery time to a few days or weeks. However, if the order situation allows it, we will certainly find a solution.

Sarcophagus, straitjacket and co.
Our highlights, such as the sarcophagus coffin, are time-consuming individual pieces that are also handmade with many adjustments. The production time for these products can take more than six months. When orders are high, we work through the existing orders first here as well. Since the production time is somewhat easier to plan here, we specify a delivery period when ordering.
