Shipping with DHL and UPS

We prefer to ship your orders with DHL within the EU and UPS abroad. However, it is also possible to have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please let us know if you prefer a different form of delivery.
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. Please provide us with a delivery address when you place your order so that we can give you the total cost, including shipping, for your order.
If you would like express shipping, please contact us. However, this does not affect production times.

production times

We process your orders in the order in which they are received. Since all our products are handmade, it is difficult for us to specify an exact delivery time, which depends primarily on demand. It is also in our interest to process every customer order as quickly as possible. However, we must also ensure that our quality standards are met. Accordingly, very complex orders with many individual parts and customizations may take a little longer. We plan each order from scratch and do not have any prefabricated goods that we can use.
For technical reasons, we are unable to provide automatic status updates due to the large number of orders. However, you can contact us at any time by email or phone if you would like to be informed about the status of your order. We will endeavor to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible.

Due to very high demand, the current production time is approximately 18 weeks. This is a guideline that we try to keep as up to date as possible. In individual cases, the delivery time may vary. Please note that shipping your products also takes time. We have found a shipping service with UPS that enables fast shipping in most cases.

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order. We ask that you allow at least the regular production time. We cannot reduce the delivery time to a few days or weeks. However, if the order situation allows, we will certainly find a solution.

Sarcophagus, straitjacket, and co.

Our highlights, such as the sarcophagus, are time-consuming, one-of-a-kind pieces that are also handmade and require many adjustments. The production time for these products can exceed six months. When we have a high volume of orders, we also process existing orders first.
